We are a multi service company dealing with commercial real estate such as Apartments, Mobile Home Parks, Raw Land, Office Buildings, Warehouses, Retail Centers, and about anything else you can shake a stick at.

Our creative team of investors has an abundance of knowledge and capital to purchase any type of property as long as it meets our criteria (and sometimes even if it doesn’t, in certain cases involving raw land and mobile home parks).

We are problem solvers and go into every deal with an eye towards bringing solutions to the sellers we deal with, as long as they are open to allow us to be as creative as we need to be, so as to make the deal work in a manner that will be win/win to all parties involved. We simply wouldn’t allow it any other way, and won’t get involved unless all parties involved are happy with the solutions provided, that’s just good old fashioned horse sense.
